Hello, good evening, I'm sorry if I'm dying. My name is Fabio I just started working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV. I can ask if you can help me solve this message this message gives me a new client PC
A report can not be printed or previewed if Microsoft Report Viewer has not been installed.

    Hi Fabio,

        it seems from error message Microsoft report viewer has not been installed on client machine. you needs to read and follow prerequisite prior to install navision.

    you can download and install  report viewer from below link  and check it out.

    Hi,

    As suggested, there are some pre-requisites to be installed.  It's a part of the installation package, unless you have installed the components separately.  So you may check the installation CD (the folder where you have the installation files and check for the pre-requisites sub folder) and install the Report Viewer.

    I tried to install the vewer report on the client, it gives me this message

     was thinking that maybe this installation of Microsoft Report Viewer is to install on the server?

    I followed the steps to install the Microsoft NAV prerequisites you recommended and
    then I installed repot Viewer and now it works correctly both the print preview and
    the print itself. Thank you for your good work availability.
