Hi All,
We are having issue with our approval, where when try to load for the approval. Its would takes more than 2 min to load the approval page.
From this page its takes more than 2 min to load the page
Please advise what we should do about this? Its slowing down the activities.

Hi Adhha,
There are some performance monitoring tools available which could be helpful to get your answer. It can be related to disk speed, index fragmentation, number of records, customizations, etc. The Trace parser can help you determine if it is related to coding, database or caching. Depending on that, you might be able to solve it or do additional analysis.
Of course, you can also try to clean up old completed workflow instances, but then you might lose some history.

From screenshot, only have 30 lines but for only 1 user.
If i say, there have many users that have plenty of notifications which do not come from approval. Will this cause the slowness too?

How many records do you have in the notification list that you share in your screenprint?
Have old notification lines from the previous years ever been cleaned?
How many purchase orders do you have?
Also here, have old purchase orders that are already invoiced/closed ever been cleansed or do you have millions of POs in your system that would potentially make the system slow?
