Recently, one of our clients noticed an issue with their word templates. Part of the header was missing. I have tested this thoroughly but had no luck fixing. Now something odd I found was that one of the older templates still works. If I print it, it works. If I export it, make no changes and then import it back into GP, it doesn't work. This makes me think this could be a new issue with word? We rolled the user back to an earlier word update and it did nothing. Has anyone had any issues like this?
