Applying a new Leave/absence type retroactively?

In connection to my earlier question (Absence and Leave) prorated amount accrued = Seeing the employee´s actual prorated absence/leave - Dynamics 365 Human Resources Forum Community Forum

- I am creating a new Type (today Dec 01,2020) for a new leave type that accrues 1,5 days every month for employees and it shows correctly for the month of December (as I created it today)

- I created the accrual as shown here below per month and created the plan as of 01.01.2020

- Now I want to add some people who are employed from January, some from September and some From today

- The employees have their December numbers correctly

- the months before are not registered (Would I need to manually fix it instead)?

- Even if the plan is backdated, would the system be able to recognise that the employee is active from January and add the 1,5 days from Jan-November + December and then calculate normaly from now on?

Thank you

    Hello Mogheth,

This question will require a lot of investigation and I would recommend logging a Support Request.
