How do I set the quick filter to search as contains only ?

Hello Everyone !

I realize I want something very ridiculous. But this is the request :)

I have a quick filter and a grid object. Quick filter filters the gray automatically. So far everything is normal.

However, rather than users making * ItemId *, I just need to type ItemId and trigger the contains part.

Do you have an opinion on this matter? Can I automatically contains the Quick filter search option?

    I found the solution. The code may be a little unprofessional, but the code below solved my job.

           public str parmFilterValue(str _filterValue)

           {

               str ret;

               if(!strContains(_filterValue,"*"))

               {

                   _filterValue = "*" + _filterValue + "*";

               }

               ret = super(_filterValue);

               return ret;

           }
