Unable to create activities in Customer insights

Hi, 

Has anybody observed that post successful ingesting the data in Customer Insights and unifying the customer. While creating the activities, we are unable to create the activities in Customer insights and it throws error, please check the screenshot below.

WebClient Version: 2022.10.4.2
API Version: 2022.10.4.18
It was working before 23 Oct 2022 as it could create the relationships if it does not exists 
In case if you have observed the same and are aware about the resolution please  respond on this post.

    Hi partner,

    This may be a known issue and need to wait for subsequent product updates.

    Long term solution: this is an issue because there is no 1 source of truth for relationships because they might live in 2 separate sources. Suggestion is that all the relationships via the relationships API so there is no confusion about what the correct source is. Other possible solution is for UX to use the entities API to get relationships for this panel, this is less future proof.

    You can create CI activities from the D365 activity type by importing it directly into your CI instance using the DV connector. Note that this will require your D365 activity entity to have a mapping to the CI contacts.
