Hi,
I want to format the "printCode" field of salesinvoicereport to show only 2 decimal point. How to do it when printCode is a string type field and it's value are like: "20.0000" etc..

=Format(CDbl(Fields!YourFieldWhichHasAmount.Value),"00.00")
it gives the same result. printCode textBox is in footer
what result it gives?
CDbl was to convert anything to decimal
Format was to format number
can you please explain bit more
when report is opened it shows values like: "10,00000", "11,00000". This value comes from TaxSpec class, taxWriteCode() method.
right click your Textbox of report/tablix and go to formatting, go to Number format and select custom enter n2,
redeploy and re-try by running report
