One of my client company has issue in maintaining non production related stock in NAV 2013. His contention is that software doesn't support stock maintenance of non production related inventory. So that they are maintaining stock in different software and direct make closing stock entry in Accounts. They are also not issuing/generating Purchase order for such material in system.
Can any one guide, Is company's contention is correct? if not how to resolve their issue. Can any body share detailed procedure to resolve this issue.
Can anybody suggest support center number whom we can contact for any help?
