Dear All,
While posting the deprecation we got the following error. Not sure which asset is in closed state and cannot find out by assets as there are tons of assets in this journal.
"fixed asset with status closed cannot have transaction type depreciation adjustment"

As I understand it, your issue is already fixed, right?
Do you have some additional information on the closure of the fixed asset from SQL?
Was this a one time data manipulation that somebody executed or is this something that might happen again?

Thank You Ludwig, I had already tried that matter and could not found any asset closed as per the journal. Finally my technical had to deep dive and fixed it.
He mentioned one of the assets were closed from the SQL which was not showing in front end due to system error.

Can you try entering a new filter that excludes closed models.

Could you please shed more light as I am trying to find the vouched in FA journal but cannot find.
Excluding the asset will also be possible only once I am able to identify the closed asset which are like 100’s of them in this posting.
So both the options can work only if I am able to find out the correct voucher location or closed asset, please advise

Hi Trilok,
Based on the voucher number(s), you can find the related asset journal lines. You can also try to regenerate the depreciation journal and ensure it will exclude the closed assets.
