Add contacts to a static segment to start a journey in Real Time marketing

Hi,

In outbound we very often use static segments so that the sales can add contacts to that segment in CRM to start a customer journey in Marketing. I didn't yet find a way to do that in Real Time marketing.

Any solutions?

Hi AB-16051251-0,
The way to go would be add those contact to a marketing list, which can be included in the Realtime Marketing segment to be used in Journeys.

Ok,

I just added the table to make it available as attribute in RTM.
In outbound I needed to create a static segment ingo a dynamic, to make it possible to start the journey.
Can I start, in RTM, the journey with the trigger 'added to (static) segment' then?
