Dynamics 365 Portals - Portal Base System Workflows Solution Missing

Hi guys,

I need assistance with an issue I am currently having. I have a Dynamics 365 Customer Self Service Portal provision on my tenant. Everything works as expected.

The ONLY issue is the Dynamics 365 Portals - Portal Base System Workflows Solution is missing, therefore we are unable to generate Invitation Codes to send to Customers in order for them to register and use the portal.

Any ideas on how I would be able to resolve this?

    Did the process of installing the portal completed without any errors? Your best shot is to install the portal again and it will install the missing solutions.

    Thanks. I tried doing that a couple of times and what I realized is the following:

    I now have the below:

    1. The rest of the Dynamics 365 Portal solutions.

    2. Dynamics 365 Portals - Portal Dependencies (MicrosoftCrmPortalDependencies) with version 8.3.0.1

    2.1. Dynamics 365 Portals - Portal Dependencies (MicrosoftCrmPortalDependencies_Upgrade) with version 9.0.12.10

    but still NO Dynamics 365 Portals - Portal Base System Workflows Solution.

    So, I had to take a step back and breath a little bit, then tackled the problem, with the assistance of "Solution History", I was able to track down exactly which components were causing the installation of the Portal to fail, "fix" those and reinstall the portal again, repeated that until all Portal solutions were able to be installed and at the same time Portal got upgraded.

    Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
