I have stumbled on an issue where a customer of mine wants to use the web browser on an iPad. We have suggested that they use the app but as they use an external web application for a critical business process they can't use the app because it's not compatible. But they still want to be able to run their crm on iPad, but in a web browser then.
But the problem is that when you are on an opportunity and want to add a new quote. You just can't. The plus above the quote grid is gone and nowhere to be found. I thought it was just because it didn't have enough space. But it doesn't seem to be that either. I have redesigned the form letting the grid be full width. But it doesn't matter. The plus (+) is gone. All the other grids works fine and the plus (+) is there. And if I try to simulate an iPad on the computer (pc) the plus is always there. But when I try to run Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (version 8.2.2.1259) in a web browser on an iPad the plus (+) above the quote grid on the opportunities page is gone. Doesn't matter which web browser I am using.
Does anyone have a glue why? And what solution do you suggest?
