Purchase Order Word Template Supressing Bottom Border

I'm working on formatting a purchase order word template.  The problem I'm having is that the bottom border of the table won't print.  I'm positive this is because I have two comment lines printing, but there is room for four, and since I'm not using all four, they're getting suppressed.  I've tried adding extra rows, and it's still not working.  Any suggestions?

Thanks, Shannon, for the response.  This boarder is really tricky.  I did try just about everything to change the thickness and color of the boarder, but either it wouldn't show up, or it would show up using the former color/thickness.  I just gave up and left the boarder and color as-is - luckly, the color of blue on the form matches the client's logo.

Just as a test, on my machine, I put a boarder between each of the comments field and the bottom boarder and used different colors.  It looks like whenever I had a comment, it would pick up a different boarder than when I didn't have any comments - and the length of the comments would also trigger a different boarder.  So, I'm sure this is working as designed, I just couldn't figure out the "secret" to getting the boarder to work consistently due to the supression of the comments.  There has to be some code in there somewhere that I just can't see.

RE: Purchase Order Word Template Supressing Bottom Border

    Hi There,

These can be tough to assist with through forums because of the modifications that could have taken place on the word template, it is difficult to provide direction. With that said I would recommend trying to right click in that table from within the word template, then select the Table Properties option, then once in the Tables Properties window, click on the Borders and Shading button at the bottom of the window. Then from here you can add a bottom border if that is what is missing and see if that prints then. As always make sure to save your changes as a new template option, after making this change, then assign that template for your testing, that way you do not lose what you have worked on up to that point, as you can always revert back to that version.

    I hope that helps!
