Production Floor App in AX 2012 R3

Hi.

I have an issue when trying to report feedback on production orders using the "Production Floor App"  AX2012 R3. The App are installed on a Windows 10 client and getting data from AX works fine but when reporting feedback i get this messages :

Error:

Exception of type ’Microsoft.Dynamics.Ax.Xpp.InvalidRemoteCallException' was trown.

I can't find a way to debug this, any idea to help me out ?

 


  

AX-class JmgShopFloorServiceClass have property RunOn = Server, and all other metods works fine

except this method reportfeedback.

    Hi Johan,

    It is recommended to not use email addresses in the tags and your user name. It might be picked up by bots and you will receive more email than usual.

    About your question: Make sure the apllication is sucessfully CIL compiled and all the service groups are (re)deployed.

    If you then still have the issue, you can create an incident at Microsoft Support.
