is this possible with a Microsoft application.
I plan to create a freelance platform:
So there will be 2 main portals:
1) a portal for the freelancers to sign up and to be able to apply for a job.
Freelancers will have to share or send their documents, CV, contracts, timesheets and invoices via the platform with and to the client.
every freelancer will have his own dashboard where everything is managed.
2) a portal for the client to register, create and publish a job.
The mainly will receive documents such as: a CV, contracts, timesheets, invoices and will then be able to pay the invoice via the platform, for example.

I already have a site in wordpress.
