I have been working thru implementation issues along my way at this point. This has helped find features and pitfalls. Is there a recommended plan and sequence of steps that Microsoft has to help in a smooth customer implementation plan for those of us that are planning on rolling this out to customers. I am trying to create one myself, but if there is one available or even one that has basic structure that would help in putting one together. Thanks.

When you start a trial then you will see the Businss Assistance window. We have put the recommended setup in this Business Assistance window starting from the top. Once these steps have been completed then we recommend you select the menu next to the Home icon and then select Setup and Extensions. Now you will get a menu which first show you recommended Assisted Setups, we recommend you evaluate those that haven't already been setup if they are relevant for the specific company. After these have been completed then expand the Manual Setup menu and select the areas relevant for the company and then go through the individual setup screen. Finally review the Service Connections for any relevant to setup for the company.
