We moved all the assets from our old environment to the new one, Recently staff went to add new assets and the old ones were there but could not search through them, and adding new ones showed up as (no name) and does not auto-populate the correct information.
We are trying to enter the new asstes asap.

    Hi,

Which method did you use to migrate your data?
As far as I know, the use of data migration tools requires that the records are inactive.
So you need to reactivate them after importing, otherwise the records won't be searched.
In addition, if the dependencies of the records are not imported together, then the records are likely to be unavailable.

It is recommended that you use the XrmToolBox tool for migration.

I hope this helps, but please let me know if you need anything else or if you have any other questions.
    thanks,
    Haig Liu
