Upgrade from PSA to PO

Hi!

I have been trying to upgrade from PSA to PO lately.

Even when we accomplish all the pre-requisites (we even created a sandbox environment withouth data but with all of the customizations from PROD), we keep getting this error:

ProjectOperations_Anchor

PackageImportFailed Import Failed status encountered.

It's important for us to keep the customizations, not the data at all. But this is getting in our way, not finding any solution at all.

If you know how to solve this problem, it'll be very helpful.

Try the following in a sandbox.

Log into the CRM org> Advanced settings>Customizations>Customize the system> SdkMessageProcessingSteps

Under the processes names, filter anything that contains "msdyn_projectparameter" and delete Project Service Core - Post Update of msdyn_projectparameter

Try to install Project Ops again.

You need to go Settings in your Project Service App and look for Upgrade Logs. That's where you see the error details.

Can you explain this in more detail to find the error? We are encountering the same error
