Hi All,
We are planning to upgrade GP from 2015 to 2018 and wanted to know if there’s any impact to our custom apps which are using eConnect 2015. if we upgrade the eConnect to 2018, does it impact to our current custom app.

With any upgrade of Dynamics GP, we highly recommend doing a test upgrade for this very purpose.
While we do testing of the upgrades and look for issues that arise, we don't do any testing of third party products and obviously custom apps as you mention, thus, there isn't any way for anyone to be able to tell you for sure whether moving from GP 2015 to GP 2018 will impact your custom app.
As well, we would be moving from eConnect 2015 to eConnect 2018, but again, we couldn't say for sure what impact, if any, that would have on your custom apps.
eConnect itself hasn't really changed since probably GP 10 or so, but the stored procedures that eConnect uses may have changed between the two versions, so there is that.
