How to add a required field in Case and be able to use email 'convert to case'

We change the field Case type in case to be required. 

Now, when we use 'Convert to case' from a email, we have the message that the field cannot be NULL.

What is the best way to be sur that the user always write the Case Type and allow then to use the 'convert to case' ?

    Hi Annie Lapointe,

    It seems that you want to add the Case type on 'Convert to Case' dialog. Unfortunately, this can't be customised.
