Hi Friends, when I click AR -> reports -> External -> Customer Account Statement.

here current print destination -> screen and chosen, please see the details,

while running the above, I am getting an exception below,

one of the user only getting exception (means not able get screen print view).

please help me out, how to resolve.

Hey, Did you get any solution on this.

We are also facing same issue in account statement and its happening for one user. And in Test environment he can run report, its happening on Prod only. Very strange case.

We tried deleting the user and reimport, but no luck.

Appreciate if anyone can suggest a solution.

No one given Suggestions, This resolution is helps to some one.

There are some restrictions enable on ID due to which your Customer reports are not extracting and thrown error.

Resolution is that dependent user access to disable, then recreate the required user and assign the required roles.

my case it's worked.
