How do I reopen a posted sales order in order recreate a warehouse shipment and create a new pick?

What do yo mean by posted sales order ? why do you want to reopen a sales order to create a warehouse shipment and create a new pick.

You cannot reopen Sales Order once posted.

Rather than opening same sales order create another sales order and process the same
Once all the line items on a Sales Order are shipped and Invoiced then this Sales Order generally gets archived and deleted - you'll then have a Posted Sales Invoice and a Posted Sales Shipment (and an archived Sales Order if you have that feature activated) . So the simple answer is you can't.
However, you can likely accomplish whatever it is you are trying to do. If you'll provide us more information on what it is you are actually trying to achieve, and someone will be able to help you.

You cannot reopen posted sales order , that means you already shiped it
if you wanna return it you can use it .......
you can use following 2 method
Option 1 : Sales Credit Memo
Option 2 : Sales return order
