You mention that users are using this environment for testing, but you also use it for demos. That is tricky. Anyway, regardless of the purpose, this needs to be solved. I'm running version 10.0.38 in my sandbox without this issue.
You provided a list of new features, but you didn't mention what exactly got changed and how. Maybe some objects were missing during a recent update.
If you have someone available with development skills, he/she can look into the coding or use the debugger to find the exact culprit.
This is our company demo environment which means several users are testing. Yes, it did work before and these are the recent features.
I don't see any that seem to be related to the error. Since, this is not a production environment I reached out to my internal IT but they could not help me. I know this is urgent because it's a demo but in order for me to demo to a client I need to be able to create sales orders. This might be a lost cause though, maybe our IT would have to wipe out the demo environment? Just wondered your thoughts on something like this.
Can you provide some more information, please? What version of Dynamics 365 are you using? Did it work before in this environment? If yes, was an update or customization installed or is there another recent change in this environment? It looks like the screenshot is taken from a development or test environment. Do you have the same error in a production environment?
