How to Automate the Leave Accrual Process

Hi

I have a leave plan which has accrual period basis as seniority date . As it is difficult to process accrual for every employee ,Is there a way to automate or Schedule the accrual process based on the seniority date.

    Did you try with Power automate? You need only the entities required for your accrual process.
