Phantom below Phantom get wrong operation number

I have made up a BOM that includes routing of 3 steps. Under that routed BOM I have unrouted Phantom-BOM that includes another unrouted Phantom-BOM. For some reason those unrouted Phantom-BOMs get operation number 30 when I am expecting those to go under operation 10 of routed parent BOM. I have tried to put operation number 10 to Phantom-BOM lines and to Items under Phantom-BOMs. The first Phantom-BOM gets operation 10 as expected but Phantom-BOMs under that get operation number 30. I could fix that by putting all these phantoms directly under Parent-BOM but I really think that Phantom under Phantom should work. Any ideas what I can try to get these work?

I got that to work. Solution was to add a Sub-route to every phantom BOM-line under phantom-BOMs.

    Hi Heit,

I tested with 6.3.6000.151 and I am not able to reproduce.  There were quite a few fixes in R3 related to phantoms e.g.

I'm using AX2012 R3. And yes, that operation 30 appears on production order, after estimation, on components that are exploded from phantoms. At Released product Master item's bill of material-treeview, before estimation, these components are going to operation 10, so this looks to be right.

    Hello Helt,

What version are you using?  Are you creating a production order or where do you see the operation 30 on the phantom?
