ReportWe are doing something not oob. Field Service Work Orders are created by custom plugin.
Our business schedules resources for standard 8-hr days, for projects that last multiple days.
Our challenge is that in Field Service Work Order, 1-day is 24hrs.
When we set it to 8-hrs, it seems to default to 1-day, 24hrs
Also, when we schedule the work order in Schedule Assistance, the Schedule board uses a 24-hr day.
IF we try to schedule a 4-day project (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), this would be 32 hrs, but on the 24-hr schedule board it shows from (Monday-midnight to Tuesday-08:00am)
Am I missing a setting parameter? How do we set Work Order time Duration to be 8hrs and have a day on the schedule board reflect a day being 8-hrs (not 24hrs)?
