HI - we have D365 ce/sales/f&O, do we need extra licenses to use customer voice?

    HI - thanks, that is great.  I didn't see it in the list under org/settings, do you know how I 'switch it on'?

    Hi,

    Customer Voice is included within your Dynamics365 Sales Enterprise, and you do not need to buy additional license to use it. However, you can purchase additional responses should the allocated volume not suffice. Please go through the following documentation for more details:
