I have mobile enabled on the entity but under form -> preview it doesn't show Mobile client and only shows desktop client . anyone has a solution for this ? I am using Chrome

In v9 MoCA Client is replaced by UCI for mobile apps. So It’s a new infrastructure & preview is not relevant.

Latest updates might have removed that option, we are not seeing that & we don’t remember when it was removed.

for me, using Internet Explorer or Chrome are the same, no display.

Hi,

I have the same issue with you when I use Dynamics 365 Online. However, I could see this in Dynamics 365 On premises.
