Arabic language issue in HTML webresource D365 v9

Hi experts,

I have an HTML web resource where the Arabic Language is written along with English. When I'm opening that HTML using Xrm.Navigation.openUrl(); English is coming fine but the issue is with Arabic language as you can see in the below image

It is D365 v9 - OnPrem

I was doing mistake, there should be a tag <meta charset="utf-8"> to support Arabic language.
I added and it works
