SubGrid records render issue on Dynamics CRM Portal

I have an Entity Form with Subgrid of N:N relationship entites. On Portal, When Entity Form (in edit Mode) gets open in Dialog box view , Subgrid sometimes show only 1 record out of 5 records and when I click on sort of any column all 5 records appear.

Have observed the same scenario with 1:N relation entity subgrids as well.

Hello Harsh,

You can try to enable the change tracking option from entity settings for the subgrid entity. Please see below screenshot for reference:

that's most likely to be a caching issue, when you force to clear the cache, does it display the data?

Hi Harsh,

It seems to be a cache issue.

You can open the below URL and clear cache if you have "Administrator Web Role" in the portal.

portalURL/_services/about
