
Dear Colleagues:
Please I will like to inquire how one can integrate the Case Management on Dynamics AX 2012 with CRM, such that once a case is raised on AX it will automatically create a Case incidence on the CRM for the CRM folks to ensure follow ups and resolution.
I will appreciate your professional knowledge on this.

it depends on the CRM-Version. There was a CRM-AX-Connector from Microsoft. But the last CRM-Version that was supported is 2016.
