Restrict owner change on case when Queue item is picked .

Hi All ,

I have requirement of not changing the owner of case when related Queue item is picked . It should only change work by , rather the owner of case should be same .

Dew have any OOB way of restricting this .

Hope this post finds you well.

Up to my knowledge, there is no OOB way to retain the owner when queue item is picked.

Though if you want to achieve it, then you can do it through plugin , PickFromQueue message might help you out.
