Can you complete an MO even if it you get a warning saying the due date has expired?

Posted on by 6,775

For an MO generated from a SO, the MO Trx Log Detail shows a warning -- the due date for this MO has already expired.  The start date for this MO has passed.

Is it still okay to proceed completing it?  Any repercussions?

The start date and the due date  are used as a reference. It is still okay to proceed completing it. You also can edit the date from MO. I suggest you'd better edit the start date and the due date if it didn't match to your actual production.

Can you test this in a test company?  I can't think of any impact this would create, but have never tested it.
