Regular Skype conversation tracking on Dynamics 365

Hi,

We have a Skype for Business in our organization.

As all conversations made at Skype for Business are saved in Outlook, it is possible to track them to Dynamics 365.

However, Skype for Business we use mostly for internal communication and a most external communications are done by using a regular Skype. Additionally regular Skype is more preferred by users.

Are any way to integrate and be able to track regular Skype conversations to Dynamics 365?

Hi Dziurgis

Personally here I don't think this is a solution you will get from CRM, I feel this is a business change decision that needs to be looked at for your business to only use 1 method - Also take into account that Teams will be replacing SFB soon

You can still add normal Skype contacts to SFB - thats how I would go about it.

Currently skype calling can be tracked as phone call activity for any entities like account , contact , case etc.. chat is not possible..
