Hi,
We have a Skype for Business in our organization.
As all conversations made at Skype for Business are saved in Outlook, it is possible to track them to Dynamics 365.
However, Skype for Business we use mostly for internal communication and a most external communications are done by using a regular Skype. Additionally regular Skype is more preferred by users.
Are any way to integrate and be able to track regular Skype conversations to Dynamics 365?
