Hi All
We have created an external vendor and user is able to log in now. User created an invoice and it went for Manager approval internally. When the manager rejected the invoice , and the External Vendor login credentials, can view the records returned but not getting any notification . System doesnt send rejection email.
Is there any issue with the External Gmail users not getting email notification? But initially external user received invitation meeting from our company. We are testing the scenario for vendor collaboration

Yes . System admin --> Users --> select the external user which is created --> User Options --> Account --> Email provider selection : Email Provider ID to be filled in and Sender email to be filled in
And also User Options --> Account --> Workflow --> Send notifications in Email as yes
