Good morning. Can anybody provide some information, guidance, or documentation, as to what the Power Automate administrator security role actually does in D365 Finance 7 Operations (v10.0.41), please?
There appears to be only one duty, and one privilege: FlowViewFlowsDuty > FlowViewFlowsPrivilege.
Embedded within the privilege is a Action Menu Item - 'FlowSeeYourFlowsMenuAction'.
The role appears to be connected to the standard 'System User' role, as a sub-role, which is allocated to every single system user by default.
The name of role 'Power Automate Administrator', would imply that the role does more than allow Users the ability to see the flows menu action!
