What would cause a Smartlist to return no data for just a single user? Everyone else gets data when they run this one Smartlist. GRANT.SQL has been run.
Try that user ID on a workstation that works for other users.
On the workstation that does not work, try other users.
Does it follow the user or the workstation?
I have seen regional formats break Smartlist for example: using 12 hour time with A.M. and P.M. instead of AM and PM.
Adding the periods killed SQL as it could not handle them.
Turn DexSQL logging on. See if you get an error when the Smartlist query runs.

Unfortunately in this case they use a T/S so they all go to the same server.
Do the user logins have different regional settings?
Try logging on as one windows user and then logging into GP as a different user and vice versa.

HI Rich,
Is it a custom SmartList based on a SQL view? If so, did you check if the user has been given permissions to "View SmartLists with SQL Tables" in GP Security?
