Remaining credit limit is showing incorrect balance

Hi All,

Can anyone tell me why the credit limit is not working correct, it showing wrong balance for available credit limit.

For credit limit calculation it will check for the open transaction(unsettled), to derive the remaining credit limit. Formula: Remaining credit limit= credit limit- sum of unsettled transaction, this will be base calculation.

Check all custTrans records for this specific customer. There are most likely transactions that are or are not being taken into account to come up with that balance.
