I had create account and contact through lead. lead's contacts information should displayed Primary contact lookup in account.
How can i fix the above one using workflow.

Hi Sree,
It seems that the automatically generated account was not set to Company Name field of the automatically generated contact, so the workflow couldn't find the related entity to update.
Please add an extra filter as condition to ensure that company name field of the contact is filled when the workflow triggers.
In addition, to generated corresponding account, Company field should be populated when we run qualifying action on the lead.

when you qualified a lead, a contact create automatically.
so you should create a workflow after the status reason change to qualified.
in this workflow you should check status reason to be qualified.
after that create an account
set account name to first name last name of lead and primary contact to parent contact for lead
after that update parent contact for lead and set related account to the account that you have created previous step.
