Hi All,
I have migrated chat omnichannel configuration and data from source to target environment using MSCrm configuration migrate tool but in target environment I am unable to see conversation transcript chat and this issue only for migrating records
I have migrated all conversation entity related data like transcript chat , notes , sessions and all chat settings enabled but still its not showing
And which entity Microsoft crm omnichannel chat stored
please let me know if any one facing same issue or resolution
Thanks in advance.....
Migrated data using ssis package so resolved this issue...
