I have created a trial instance of MS CRM D365 Online and selected all modules. So i was looking for Portal Add On option to configure the Microsoft Portal but it was missing. So i just want to know that did Microsoft remove this option or is there anything do i need to setup.
I am getting PowerApps portal option as an app in crm.
Please let me know.
Got caught out with the same thing the other day - you'll find it under the make PowerApps interface. 2nd gotcha, is when you go to start the setup the first Portal tile you see is a blank portal, if you are looking for Customer Self-Service etc, click the show all link and select the appropriate tile. After its provisioned the Portal will show as a App (with the name you gave it) in PowerApps.
They need to stop moving and changing things without telling us (it is really annoying customers and vendors) - 2 forced updates a year that is the time to put in all these changes not randomly when they feel like it.
