Hello folks,
We are working on implementing Forms Pro into our customer service process. The setup was pretty easy and it is all working fine (with the help of this blogpost: https://www.inogic.com/blog/2019/10/send-and-store-survey-responses-in-dynamics-365-crm-using-microsoft-forms-pro/).
We want to send out a Forms Pro survey invite to a contact when a CustomerService Case is closed. The invite contains the first question (smily's), and when a customer clicks, it will open a one-time form to give feedback. This all works fine.
The requirement is that it is not sent out on every case closure, but randomly (we close hundreds of cases a day). In a way that a contact will never receive more then one survey per quarter or per year. I'm curious what the possibilities are, what other people think about this situation. It is not a big deal if it is not possible, but it would be very nice.
Thanks in advance, Regards Kris
