Permission Errors when users attempt to open/create project

As of this morning, users are unable to access or create any CV projects, receiving the following error message:

Open project

Unable to open project due to missing permissions in the environment (REDACTED ORG NAME AND ENV ID). Contact your admin.

I am the Global Admin and no changes to users, permissions, configs, etc. have been made at all recently. Nothing currently reported in Service Health - but I did report it and they are /investigating/ although I am not sure where to report this problem exactly. Can anyone shed light/suggest troubleshooting steps or things to look for that might indicate where the problem may lie (assuming that it's a problem on our end until we are told otherwise).

Thanks,
Bob

This is affecting us and our org as well, and it has impacted our customers.

    Hi everyone,

Please note that we are facing the same issue in our tenant discovered  today !

To make matters worse, I submitted a service health issue in the Admin Center for the affected tenant, and after about 4 hours the response provided was "No Issue Found". For what it's worth, not all my tenants are affected.

It would be great to have other members of the community also report this issue to MS as I have done - right now, when I report it, they claim "No issues found". Speak up, people!

Here, I'm getting the same message. A few days ago, I could still make adjustments. Since yesterday (03/02), this is no longer possible.
