Hi,
We have not used unified work list, but we want to do use it now. But it is showing very old data. The new workflow items are not updating.
Do we need to run any cubes for this?

Have you tried deleting the old data to check if the new data is getting updated properly? Please check the workflow(s) as well to check if the work items are getting generated.
I have deleted the old data, the new workflow items are not getting generated. Any idea?
Is your workflow infrastructure setup properly? One thing you can test with is the Form\Tutotrial_WorkflowProcessor. You can open this form and click on Start. This will enable you to check if there are any pending work items from Workflow.
It is working fine. I didn't realize the changes because all alerts looks same.
but after i deleted the alerts, it is working fine. Thanks for your help.
