Cloud Migration: Data Upgrade not completed

Hi, 
 
Facing this issue while doing cloud migration from BC23 to 24
 
 
Is there any table or place where we can verify whether data upgrade is completed or not 
i have checked in operation it says it is completed
but when i do complete Migration after Initializing the company it 
gives below error

    Cloud Migration: Data Upgrade not completed
    Hi,
     
    You can follow these steps again (which should not take time) -
    1. Run Data Replication.
    2. Run Data Upgrade.
     
    As they are completed it should complete without taking any time.
     
    With these steps the status will get updated in page and then system will allow you to complete the replication.

    Hi, please click 'refresh status' on the cloud migration management page and retry the 'complete migration' process.
    If the issue continues after this, you will need to 'Reset cloud data' and restart the migration.
