Hi,

How can I set properties so that when form is opened to be fullscreen?

Also I have made a specific shortcut with XML for that form to be opened directly with AX. Maybe it is possible to achieve fullscreen opening via XML? If yes, please guide me how.

Hi Vinod,

What worked for me is that I went to the desing node of the form, opened the form's property sheet and if I remember well I changed one of the sizing properties to POP-UP.Also tried this with code in the init() method -- didn't work. The problem is that if you make the form as pop-up, you will loose the standard toolbar with the save, delete, etc. buttons.

Hi Alan,

Could you please tell me how can i change windows type from standard to pop-up, We are facing issue in windows 7 client machine where forms in ax minimizes and we have to maximize each time to work on it.

Hi all,

Solved it : In the design properties, I changed the Window type from STANDARD to POP-UP. However, I'm sure this can be done from the code also :)

I am trying to do almost the same thing. I want my form to be blocked in the middle of the screen :)

In the Run method, after super(), try with this code :

WINAPI::FORCEMAXIMIZEWINDOW(element.hWnd());
