Dear All,

I was trying to post the Calculated Sales Statement in AX 2012 R3. System gives the error.....

The unit of 0.0143000000 AED being posted to account 11001-000046-0000011--RUAE,is outside the curreny penny rounding threshold.

General Ledger Parameters setup done and currency general round off taken to 0.01.

Under posting of General Ledger Error account has been mentioned.

Posting definition rule check box unchecked.

Please can anyone help on this...

Thanks a lot...But still error remains same.Please find the exact error....

Error in unit of amount in currency AED. Must be rounded to 0.05.

The unit of -0.0002000000000000 AED being posted to account 11001-00000046-00000010---RUAE is outside the current penny rounding threshold.

Dear Ansar,

I unable to fix the same...but we found the reason for this error.We are not sure whether the reason we found is correct..

Under General Ledger ----Set up----Currency-----Select the currencies involved for retail sales and give the preferable decimals as a standard rounding rule under "Prices" category.This error will not come.

Still the Statements calculated system is based on different rounding setup as per previous and we cannot change it now.

We can create a denomination type for "0.001" and edit the cash declaration type under Calculated statement. This will allow us to match exact Transaction value and counted value.hence the statement will get posted without error.

Note: Creating the new denomination and posting the statement cannot be the correct method and this can be a temporary solution to posting the error thrown statement..

Hi zuresh82, Have you tried increasing the currency penny rounding thershold to 0.02 or more? ( I would probably try 0.05). I am not sure in which module you operate but also check the max. penny differences setup in the AP parameters, AR parameters and GL parameters. Increasing the penny difference should allow you posting. All the best, Ludwig

Dear Mr. Ludwig,

We are trying to reverse an invoice Voucher which has a 'Order invoice posting' type line with amount 3LBP and 0USD, when we make the reverse the system is trying to reverse the 3LBP which is equal to 0.0025USD and here where the problem exists because the system accepts only 0.00 or 0.25
