Not able to connect cloudax.dynamics.com .Pls suggest

cloudax.dynamics.com is a generic domain. This domain cannot be directly accessed. To access you Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation environment your URL must be lik xxxx.cloudax.dynamics.com
Where xxxxx is your instance. Please recheck accessing to the full URL. If stil not able to connect, check in LCS if your instance is up and running.
Yes I haven't posted my original URL. But,what is LCS, license?
Thanks for the screenshot. Is it hosted by MS (sandbox environment) or in your company/customer Azure subscription (cloud hosted environment)?
I would suggest to log a case with Microsoft support.
Btw LCS - Life Cycle Services like a portal where you manage your dynamics FO instance.
Is it a dev system? Test? Prod? Are there some customizations? Did it ever work before? If it did work before, what changes were made when it stopped working? Is it working for any user?
Hi,
I remember i had similar issue before and it was solved by flushing browser cache (press ctrl+f5 on the page with error). Also, you can try to open UI in private tab.
