Hello.

When I try to edit quiet times in Marketing, I'm unable to set it to a time that's pm. When I choose 7 pm, it swaps to am. How can this be resolved?

Hi Community Member,

Unfortunately I haven't been able to re-create this issue in my own environment. When you click to expand to see the timings, are you seeing the same as my screenshot below?

I would ensure you're also selecting the 7:00pm from the top option rather than the bottom (I know that seems really obvious but it caught me out the first time!).

Hello, no it dosen't solve it. I get the same option, I've tried to scroll to go to 7 pm, and it still swaps to 7 am.

Hi,

I can't reproduce your problem either. If it is convenient, let me ask you:
1. have you tried restarting, could it be stuck?
2. is it impossible to select all afternoon times?
3. have you tried another browser?

Hello. I tried up until now from Chrome and Edge. And yes impossible to select all am times, same issue no matter which one I try.

Now I tried from Mozilla Firefox, and finally it worked as it should.

I still have the same issue in Google chrome though.

I had the same issue when setting up the quiet times in an environment that uses Swedish language.

I created a case with Micorosft when I did not find a solution. They said this was a known bug that will be fixed in future release. I also got the workaround to change the language in the web-browser to english, which worked for me!

Looks like you already have your environment in english though so maybe it's of no help for you..
