Hi there,
I have all the licenses to PVA and D365CS and when I tried to embed the widget on my site, I get the following errors:
Any idea of how to sort this out as the chatbot on Microsoft D365 is not working and the form is not sending the message to no one.
Thank you,
Fernando
Hi Fernando,
Please refer to the following documentation:
Troubleshoot HTTP 500 Internal Service Errors with Azure Bot Service - Bot Service | Microsoft Docs
Thanks for the link, but still not working after all the troubleshooting.
It was working fine on the demo.
As soon as I got the licenses, everything stop working and when I post the widget scripts on the site, I got the 500 error.
So, all the queues, wordstream, agents and domain is set up correctly, as far as it was on the demo site.
There is not a proper video instruction to set up Omnichannel, apart of the half backed ones from youtube.
If the D365CS could provide a proper instruction, for setting up, half of the questions in this forum wouldn't be asked.
Cheers,
Sorted out creating a whole new Application ID, a new environment and setting up all over again as there is no proper troubleshooting or proper tutorial showing real world bugs.
